Paola Iuspa-Abbott is a seasoned public relations expert and the current President of Top of Mind Public Relations, a boutique PR agency that delivers traditional and digital strategic communications solutions for businesses and organizations. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Paola has built a reputation for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and drive results for her clients.

Paola began her communications career as a journalist, working for several prominent publications, including The Miami Herald and the Daily Business Review. Her time as a reporter honed her storytelling skills and gave her a deep understanding of the media landscape, which she leverages to benefit her clients today.

In 2014, Paola founded Top of Mind Public Relations, applying her extensive media industry knowledge to help clients build and maintain a positive image. Under her leadership, the agency has grown to serve various industries such as real estate, legal, financial, compliance and advocacy. Today, Top of Mind provides services to mid-size companies as well as Fortune 500. Her strategic approach to public relations emphasizes the importance of establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying unique angles, and developing tailored traditional and digital communication strategies that align with each client’s goals.

In addition to her work at Top of Mind Public Relations, Paola is an active member of the public relations community, serving as a board member for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Fort Lauderdale Chapter. Paola is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) and the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE). Paola is a member of the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida / Caribbean.

As an active member of her community, Paola serves on the board of directors of Camillus House, a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Miami-Dade County. She helps oversee the organization’s operations and fundraising efforts and raises awareness of Camillus House’s services and talented team.

Courtney Moberley Moreno is an accomplished account manager and digital marketing expert with a passion for helping brands achieve their communication goals. She currently serves as an account manager and digital marketing leader at Top of Mind PR, a boutique public relations firm based in Fort Lauderdale.

With over 5 years of experience in public relations and digital marketing, Courtney is a seasoned professional who specializes in working with clients in the commercial real estate industry. She has worked with a diverse range of clients in this sector and related sectors, including developers of office, retail, multifamily and affordable housing; property managers; brokerages; law firms; and more. Her expertise lies in creating comprehensive communication and digital marketing strategies that deliver results and elevate the client’s brand.

As digital marketing leader, Courtney leads a team of specialists who are responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email marketing, websites, and more. Her focus on data-driven insights ensures that each campaign is tailored to meet the client’s unique needs and goals.

As an account manager, Courtney is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time and on budget. She is a skilled communicator with a knack for translating complex concepts into compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.

Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Business Management from the University of Florida. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, spending time with her cats and trying out new restaurants.

Crystal Aguirre is a digital marketing professional that specializes in creating online and visual content for email marketing and social media channels, driving brand awareness as well as coordinating and tracking marketing/advertising campaigns. Before joining Top of Mind, Crystal interned at Florida International University’s Spanish Language Journalism Master’s program developing strategic creative content and social media marketing strategies, and later, worked as a Communications Intern for a nonprofit organization in Miami.

Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a track in Advertising, including a minor in Marketing and a certificate in Social Media and E-marketing Analytics, from Florida International University.

Madeline is a Junior Account Executive with the Top of Mind public relations team, focusing on traditional media for the firm’s commercial real estate clients.

Prior to joining Top of Mind, Madeline was a Corporate Communications Analyst with Solebury Strategic Communications in New York, specializing in financial corporate communications with a focus in client’s public listings. She has also had experience working in-house with Foot Locker Inc. as a Public Relations Specialist where she focused on media initiatives for campaigns.

She graduated from the State University of New York at Purchase with a degree in communications and a focus in Public Relations.

Emily Briel is an account coordinator with Top of Mind. In her role, she assists in the development of traditional and social media initiatives for the firm’s legal and real estate clients. She specializes in supporting account management efforts and assisting in content development, media relations, and research.

Before joining Top of Mind, Emily worked on the public relations teams at Tierney Agency, Foxglove Communications, and Breslow Partners in Philadelphia. As an undergraduate, she was a founding member, contributor, and public relations assistant for REFINE Magazine, the university’s first publication created independently. 

Emily graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish. 

Leah Williams is an account coordinator with Top of Mind. In her role, she collaborates with both our traditional media teams and digital division, creating social media content for the firm’s law clients.

Prior to joining Top of Mind, Leah was a Corporate Merchandise Coordinator specializing in the fashion sector, managing merchandise and events for prominent Fortune 500 brand clients like Adidas, Under Armour and Levi’s. She has also crafted compelling stories and features for a London based travel media/news company Suitcase Magazine and served as a Contributing Editor for PhotoBook Magazine a digital magazine based in New York.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of North Florida with a focus in public relations and has acquired advanced certifications in SEO and Data Analytics.

Arianna is an account coordinator on the Top of Mind public relations team. In her role, she helps plan and execute traditional and social media campaigns for clients across the legal, real estate, and consumer packaged goods sectors.

Before joining Top of Mind, Arianna was part of the public relations team at MSL Group, where she contributed to account management for major brands such as Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and The Home Depot. Her time on the digital communications team at Holland & Knight and the marketing team at Common Blue sharpened her skills in content strategy and digital storytelling.

Madison recently graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and is now pursuing a Master of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in social media at UF.

While earning her degree, Madison served as a social media strategist for The Independent Florida Alligator, the largest student-run newspaper in the U.S., where she developed and executed digital strategies for a newsroom audience. She also participated in the competitive CJCxNYC program, an immersive experience that placed her in the heart of New York City to gain hands-on experience in one of the country’s leading media markets.
